The closing or settlement process will take a total 90 degree turn on October 3, 2015. Disclosures, document preparation and timelines will make a massive change in how they are approached. If you do not have a strong advocate BOTH in Real Estate Broker AND mortgage lender if you are buyer or seller you will likely have huge problems getting to the closing table.
